You raise an interesting point! I agree that remote work brings its own set of issues and challenges. Perhaps misunderstanding or misinterpreting people's personalities - only via Zoom, email, Chat, etc. - is one of them. Or, maybe it makes us study and judge people more carefully. I wonder...!
